Project and Installation Stages of Our Lithium Battery Villa Project in Antalya Alanya

The villa is located in Alanya district of Antalya province. When our customer contacted us, they first requested the current electricity bill.

Our customer, who said that he paid regular electricity bills on a monthly basis between 1500-2000 TL (October 2021) on average, was requested for the electricity bills he paid in the last 1 year. With the data we received, it was observed that the consumption kW values did not change much. However, it was evaluated that due to the regular increase in the electricity unit price, the bill amounts paid more and more each month.

Our engineers have examined the invoice. They calculated the consumption values spent during the day, peak and night.

It was informed that there are many electricity cuts in the region where the villa is located in summer and winter months, and that they are victims because of this. It was learned that some of the electrical devices were damaged by the power cuts.

Nighttime energy consumption was found to be higher compared to usage values. It was decided to build a system using Tommatech Hightech Power 5.8kWh Lithium Battery , aiming to activate the system before the generator due to high nighttime consumption values and power cuts.

System design is the first important part of project design. The right design maximizes your usage and prevents you from experiencing interruptions.

Our customer, who is conscious of renewable energy systems, was very interested in the system. He took steps to produce his own energy because he did not want to be affected by the electricity price hikes and did not want to cause more harm to the nature.

Our team of Energy Systems Engineers, who are experts in their fields, calculated how much electricity our customers consumed and designed the system according to the kW values during the day and night. But in order to calculate how many solar panels will fit on the roof, they asked your customer for the architectural project of their residence in dwg format. Since the architectural project of the house is not in dwg format, we directed our company's exploration team to the facility to take roof measurements. After learning the roof dimensions, we quickly started working on the panel placement.

While taking roof dimensions, factors such as solar panels, direction and number of chimneys were taken into consideration. First of all, we transferred the dimensions to the autocad program with the help of the roof measurements taken by our team. We calculated how many kW panels we can use with different panel powers according to the roof size. Tommatech 330 Watt Perc Monocrystalline Solar Panel , Tommatech 400 Watt Perc Monocrystalline Solar Panel We made panel layout drawings with Tommatech 455Wp 144PM Half Cut MB Solar Panel . The dimensions of each panel are different from each other. We did some experimentation to generate the most energy. Maximum power using Tommatech 455Wp 144PM Half Cut MB Solar Panel we provided.

The roof structure of the villa is concrete roof. Our project was designed by taking into account the 13-degree special infrastructure system, regional data, and snow and wind loads. A special infrastructure system was designed without drilling holes. If you are wondering whether your roof type is suitable for solar energy, you can read our related article. Now we are increasing our efforts to make 3D drawings for our project and come to the proposal stage for our customers.

Our engineers have transformed our project, which we have drawn in Autocad format, in 3D.   We have finished our site plan using Tommatech 455Wp 144PM Half Cut MB Solar Panel . Our engineers made shading analysis and placed solar panels on the roof with the most accurate positioning. Total of 28 Tommatech 455Wp 144PM Half Cut MB Solar Panels We have calculated that we will get the most energy with its settlement.

Our Three Dimensional ( 3D ) Panel Layout Plan

Inverter positioning is as important as solar panel placement. The exploration team of our company made the placement studies of the inverter and they decided. In this project, a positioning close to the main panel of the villa was made. The more our cable quantity increases, the more our loss will increase. For this reason, the most important separator in positioning is proximity.

After determining where to draw our line for our PV1-F solar cables (https://www.enerjievi.com/urun/gunes-enerji-paneli-pvf-1-solar-kablo-6mm2- Siyah-5-meter) coming from solar panels our cable quantities, inverter location and solar panel number have been clarified. We preferred 2 Tommatech Trio 10 kW Hybrid Solar Inverters in this project with our instant excess consumption value calculations . Our customer said that they will add new loads to their consumption. If 1 Tommatech Trio 10 kW Hybrid Solar Inverter is sufficient for most of our villa projects , we used 2 special inverters for this project.

Inverter – Lithium Battery

10 Year Warranty Lithium Battery  Our engineers have decided that using TommaTech Hightech Power GeneralPack 5.8kWh Lithium Battery and TommaTech Hightech Power BoosterPack 5.8kWh Lithium is the best choice among our products . We recommend that you work with companies you trust in system designs, quality, transportation and installation of solar material.

In short; In the production project to meet the electricity needs of the villa, our design and exploration process has been completed. The energy produced and stored in my site will be used continuously. Therefore, there was no need for an application to be made to set off with the Electricity Distribution Company in the region. Depending on the change in demand in the future, the application can be made at any time.

In order for the system to pay for itself as soon as possible, we presented our offer to our customers with the most appropriate costs. We clarified the last details and cleared the question marks of our customers and moved on to the ordering stage for our project. The time elapsed between the beginning of our customer's request to us and our commissioning of the system is 12 working days. With our stocked products and our strong engineering and assembly team, we designed and commissioned our project in the shortest possible time in the most efficient way. Of course, we did not forget to use our occupational health and safety equipment, which is necessary during the assembly process.

In the system, we can access many data such as production and consumption values, battery capacities, with the TommaTech Next Generation Mobile Wi-Fi remote data monitoring system. We can see the operating mode change, how much energy the inverters consume or the production value of our solar panels. With this data, we can interpret how much benefit the system provides on an instant, daily, monthly and annual basis.
